Recently, a delegation from the Saudi Arabian construction industry conducted a field study at a container house demonstration base, focusing on the design, construction, and adaptability of modular container buildings. A special meeting was held to discuss potential applications, aiming to find efficient solutions for sustainable construction under Saudi Arabia's "Vision 2030."
The delegation learned in detail about the structural characteristics of various products, including scalable container houses and modular office buildings. They inspected core technologies adapted to desert environments, such as thermal insulation and wind and sand resistance, and affirmed the advantages of container buildings in rapid assembly and low-carbon environmental protection, aligning with Saudi Arabia's green building development needs.
At the special meeting, both sides conducted in-depth discussions on the application of container houses in Saudi photovoltaic power station camps, cultural tourism projects, and infrastructure construction in remote areas. Preliminary consensus was reached on technology adaptation, localized production, and project cooperation models. The delegation stated that container buildings are expected to become an important supporting solution for large-scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, and further cooperation will be promoted to support the green transformation of the construction industry.
