The main steel structure of the house is made of non-combustible materials, and the rock wool filling the walls is a Class A fire-resistant material, which can effectively prevent the spread of fire.

Container houses have relatively low foundation requirements. Under normal circumstances, a flat cement ground or hardened soil ground can be used as a foundation. If the site is soft, a gravel bedding layer or a strip foundation can be poured to enhance stability.

A wide range of accessories can be added, including air conditioning, water heaters, double beds, sofas, cabinets, solar panels, terraces, etc., which can be flexibly selected according to usage needs to create a fully functional living or working space.

Container houses are inherently movable. Provided site conditions permit, they can be moved as a whole using a crane or trailer. The main frame of the container house is sturdy, and reasonable movement will not cause damage. If frequent movement is required, it is recommended to choose a model with a detachable design to reduce transportation and hoisting costs.

Weather-resistant sealant is used to seal the joints, and waterproof strips are added to doors and windows to effectively prevent rainwater penetration.
